7. Introduction
The burden for missionary work was included to pastor D.Samuel by the Holy Spirit of God and 15 believers from different churches had responded to this invitation and started assembling and praying for God's guidance in the missionary work.
By like-minded youth that wanted preach the gospel and plant the churches also development for rural poor people in vulnerable society, and strengthen disadvantaged people in India without reference of sex, caste and creed.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
As a result of fervent prayer the Lord had given the vision with the motto, and target to active our aims, we adopt to teach, train and transform.
TEACHING
In technical subjects like ancillary trades, electronic, computers, modern techniques, agriculture and arboricultural animal husbandry, poultry, forming, nonformula technical courses and small scale industries.
TRANSFORMING
In eradicating ignorance superstitions, traditions and all barriers to become faithful ministers and pastors and preachers of the gospel.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE WORD INDIAN RURAL GOSPEL MISSION
The name Indian rural gospel mission was chosen according to the word of song at songs 7:11 it literally means circle hence the various circles which are UN-reached with the gospel are chose as
Under the inner most circle = family circle,
Intimate circle = friends and relatives circle
UN-intimate circle = neighborhood circle,
Unacquainted circle = city and state circle
National circle = through out the nation,
International circle = uttermost pant of the earth.

ADMINISTRATION
INDIAN RURAL GOSPEL MISSION FOLLOWS THE MOSAIC PATTERN OF LEADERSHIP (EX18: 21) board of director, Regional leader, area leader’s, prayer group leaders.

IRGM as per has adopted Pauline pattern of mission

CHURCH PLANTING
As for as church planting is concerned IRGM embraces The Antioch pattern of churches. Act 13:1-3 with following perspectives serving church verse 2 Separating church verse 2 fasting and praying church v3 Sending church v3 Giving church act 11:29, 30.
FINANCE
We entirely depend on amount received for our project by the help of our believers’ offerings, tithe and contribution from well wishes

WORK OF THE MISSION
Our missionaries, directors and promotional workers are doing preaching practicing and proclaiming the gospel. Prayer group prays for our prayer request. Reports are received by the promotional secretary who interns keep all informed of the progress prayer request are received and sent to all prayer groups to be prayed for monthly magazine is published projects for the various branches of the ministry are being worked out by experts assigned with responsibilities.
IMPACT OF THE MISSION
There are thousand and thousands of people yet to be evangelized in huge land of India until they are not reached by the gospel, how can we Christian take rest? When the Million and Million of people are going towards the burning hell how can we rest, unless we reach them they are going to be perished.

The above the ministries are taken care of by the above-dedicated persons who organize and execute the word with capable assistants, in accordance with the directives by the board.
IDEAL LOCATION
The work of the mission is being carried out from rented building at Gudiyatham in state of Tamilnadu.
9. Area Background
Our organization is currently working in selected backward villages in vellore district Because low literacy, less industrial development, inadequate agriculture reforms, and continued migration etc.
To help the rural underprivileged, disadvantaged oppressed people to help them to develop towards self-reliance.
The organization formed village groups, and gave the leadership training in social awareness and motivation and so that these groups are able to realize their life reality and is able to solve their problems and also act as social agents. They are traditionally Hindus.
We preach the gospel of Christ and plant the churches in un-reached place. We reach they by Gospel of Christ through giving tracts, forming prayer cell, out-reach ministry, personal evangelism, street drama, kits, cultural programs and doing social service.
The core of the organization indeed dedicated development workers with more than 10 years experience in the field. Rev.Dr.D.Samuel, founder of Indian Rural Gospel Mission has over 15 years experience in various activities since started the organization.

The target group will be the disadvantage people in the village and the priority will be given to the un-reached people (Isaiah 61:1)

We have established good report with people by doing community social service. And other churches who belief same faith. Also sister concern organization is called Dr.Peter Charitable Trust

Evangelism
Gospel of Christ has been preaching since Saint Thomas came to India, but Christianity is not growing as we expect. Because of population, huge land and financial problem.
There are thousand and thousands of people yet to be evangelized in huge land of India, how can we Christian take rest? When the Million and Millions of people are going towards the burning hell how can be silent? , Unless we are reached them by the gospel, they are going to be perished. So our mission invites prayer groups, laymans, pastors, mission minded persons and mission organization to pray together, March together, plan together, work together and look forward together to see whole India is saved.
As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work. John 9:4
We believe the Bible portion:-
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father
Church planting and growth
We establish the churches in our mission field where there is no church.
We are doing following activities such a Sunday class. Prayer cell, Pastors’ fellowship, Youth ministry, Women’s ministry, Video ministry for the church growth.etc.
Children’s home
We come across many needy and destitute children who lack of food, clothe, education and nutrition in our mission field
So we take care of children whose are orphans semi-orphans, parent who died in natural calamity.
Children whose life is affected by parental involvement in drugs and immorality.
We provide childcare, food; clothe education, health, employment and shelter in order to protect them from various depravities.
Community social service
We not only look after the spiritual life of people but also the welfare life. Wherever people lives in worries, crying and sorrow, we find out them to wipe their tear share the love of God and Help them to come in to good status in the society.
Emphasize the social status, involve them in social activities, and widen the environment, economic social, culture and political rights to them, improving the quality of the present and income generation.
Holistic shelter and human settlement development income generation in poverty and removal of illiteracy.
Qualities of education for eradicate the chronic-unemployment so that they may achieve independent living for themselves and their generation.
HIV/AIDS PROJECT
HIV/AIDS Major issue of India. Public people and positives people wandering to get awareness on HIV/AIDS. So, we offer counseling center along with share the Gospel of Christ
Pastors’ fellowship
We have a pastors association about 100 who gather together to pray and share their mission testimony, burden and needs etc.
Now I envision bringing entire independent churches and pastors to unit with our mission in order to do social secure, Church secure, Fellowship, partnership and Financial support for new churches, Theological Training for untrained pastors, ordination, license.provaide Church needs for new church and welfare scheme for poor believers.

Our mission gives affiliation to the churches, license and ordination to ministers who have 5 years experience in ministry.
In order to product the independent churches for give social secure, church secure, Fellowship, Financial support, Theological Training, license, ordination, church needs, Believer’s welfare scheme
Reason to unite entire independent churches in one umbrella
1. Social secure
Any social evil against Christian, they Diocese will appeal for the Christian, any white - paper passed by government towards Christian, the government will inform to diocese. But independent churches no secure in society.
2. Church secure.
Any local problem arises against churches, church body or diocese will face the problems. Any allegation on pastor, the church committee will transfer the pastor or salve problem and appoint somebody else to continue the ministry. In case death of pastor, another pastor will take over the in charge of the church.
But such a things happen independent churches, the ministry will not continue there. Church will be destroyed, ministry could not continue in that location.
3. Fellowship
If any thing will be happen in church, or for believers, such birthday, wedding day or death, while pastor is out of church, who will conduct the programs? Because in independent church does not have committee.
In India, any one wants to start church or doing ministry; they come out of church and start the ministry. So, they seek organization to have fellowship to pray, share their burden and assistance in ministry.
4. Financial support
Since they are not having fellowship and not getting support from other churches, they could not continue the ministry. They are facing many crises in early stage of ministry. Some are doing full time faith ministry they unable to take care their family without support so; they seek financial support for their early ministry.
5. Theological Training
Most of them are not having theological knowledge. Even not having biblical knowledge. So, they like to undergo the theological training. We offer non-formal theological training to the pastors, evangelist and laymen to whom doing without theological and biblical knowledge. we offer theological train for untrained pastors.
6. To meet church needs
Some are lacking of church need such a mats, furniture, bible, songbooks for poor believers. Some churches are hut and thatch build by straw. Every year thatch should be repaced.otherwise rainwater would come inside of the church.
7. Believer’s welfare scheme
Main line churches have much policy for their church member, such a school, collage, Theological institute, scholarship for education loan and revolving funds welfare schemes etc.
But no such a scheme in independent churches.
So, they seek welfares project for their church member. Because mostly poor people come to church rather than rich people.
Bible Bank project
Since I fount out Love of God through The Bible, I realized the important of Bible so I envision to offer free bible to poor people who come to God as I got free bible when I accepted Christ in my age of thirteen. It’s for new poor person who accept Christ, also for who unable to buy the bible.
Regarding of this, we have started project called Bible Bank that provide free bible to new believers who utterly poor unable to buy the bible.
I am spending my own money to this ministry.

Film ministry
Gospel has been preaching in India since St.Thomas come to India, but the total number of Christians in India as per Census in 2001 are 24,080,016 or 2.34% of the population. The figured on Christianity in India is expected to change when data from new census is made available. Christians are expected to rise to 3% to 5% of the population.
The problem is more population, huge land, strong cultural community people, financial problem and missionaries lacking etc.
We are reach the un-reached people with gospel of Christ by showing film ministry, many people hear and accept the Gospel through film ministry rather than proclaim the other way of preaching. Because of this media world. But we don’t have film projector, we are lending the film projector, some time we can not get even for rent. Its chronic-need of our ministry. The cost of film projector is Rs.45, 000/ US Dollar 1000.
We are doing this ministry by the help of local support and well-wishers. Not yet receive and contribution from abroad. So we request you to meet this needs, you may contribute or send film projector, it will be very useful for our future ministry,

Our church need
We have constructed a our main church, but not yet completed, yet some work should be done such as wiring and lights, main door, window door, painting, furniture, Mick and PA system and musical instruments.
Doctrinal Basis:
Doctrinal statement, which is given below:
The Bible, constrain of all the books of the Old and New testaments, is the Word of God, a supernaturally given revelation from God Himself, concerning Himself, His being, nature, character, will and purposes, and concerning of the Old and New Testaments are without error or misstatements in their moral and spiritual teaching and record of historical facts. They are without error or defect of any kind.
There is one God, eternally existing and manifesting Himself to us in three Persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Our Lord Jesus was supernaturally conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin – Mary, a lineal descendant of David. He lived and taught and wrought mighty works and wonders and signs exactly as is recorded in the four Gospels. He was put to death by crucifixion under Pontiffs Pilate. God raised from the dead the body that had been nailed to the cross. The Lord Jesus after His crucifixion showed Himself to be alive to His disciples, appearing unto them by the space of 40 days. After this, the Lord Jesus ascended into heaven, and the Father caused Him to sit at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come, and put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him to be Head over all things to the Church.
The lord Jesus, before His incarnation, existed in the form of God and of His own choice laid aside His divine glory and took upon Himself the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men. In His pre-existent state, He was with God and was God. He is a divine person possessed of all the attributes of Deity, and should be worshiped as God by angels and man. “In Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily”. All the words that He spoke during His earthly life were the words of God. There is absolutely no error of any kind in them, and by the words of Jesus Christ the words of all other teacher must be tested.
The lord Jesus became in every respect a real man, possessed of all essential characteristics of human nature.
By His death on the cross, the Lord Jesus made a perfect atonement for sin, by which the wrath of God against sinners is appeased and a ground furnished upon which God can deal in mercy with sinners. He redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse in our place. He who Himself was absolutely without sin was made to be sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of personally, bodily, and visibly. The return of our lord is the blessed hope of the believer, and in it God’s purpose of grace toward mankind will find their consummation.
The Holy Spirit is a person, and is possessed of all the distinctively divine attributes. He is God.
Man was created in the image of God, after His likeness, but the whole human race fell in the fall of the first Adam. All man, until they accept the lord Jesus as their personal Savior, are lost, darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, hardened in heart, morally and spiritually dead through their trespasses and sins. They cannot see, nor enter the Kingdom of God until they are born again of the Holy Spirit.
